Bin Zayed International Explores Investment in Jakarta’s Clean Water, PAM JAYA Affirms Collaboration for 100 Percent Service Acceleration

PAM JAYA’s Main Director, Arief Nasrudin, said that collaboration with various parties is part of PAM JAYA’s strategy in responding to the challenges of clean water services in Jakarta. “The direction of the Governor and the Deputy Governor is very clear, that the fulfillment of basic citizen services must be carried out seriously, measurably and open to collaboration. PAM JAYA has a big target to achieve 100 percent drinking water service coverage in Jakarta. Therefore, we need to build cooperation with partners who have the capacity, experience, technology and long-term commitment,” said Arief.

The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government together with PAM JAYA continue to strengthen strategic steps to ensure the sustainable availability of clean water for Jakarta residents. One of these efforts is carried out through exploring cooperation with Bin Zayed International, an international company with a broad business portfolio in various strategic sectors, ranging from property, energy, construction, information technology, to infrastructure development.

PAM JAYA’s visit to Malaysia is a follow-up to Bin Zayed International’s previous visit to DKI Jakarta City Hall to meet with the Governor of Jakarta. The meeting opened a space for initial communication regarding the potential for strategic cooperation, especially in supporting the development of basic infrastructure and urban services in Jakarta.

Exploring this collaboration is part of the commitment of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government and PAM JAYA to accelerate the fulfillment of 100 percent drinking water service coverage in Jakarta. As a follow-up to the communication that has been established, today a Non-Disclosure Agreement or NDA was also signed between Bin Zayed International and PAM JAYA. The signing of this NDA is the first step to open space for data exchange, technical studies, and more detailed discussions regarding the potential for cooperation in developing the Drinking Water Supply System or SPAM in Jakarta.

According to Arief, PAM JAYA’s challenge lies not only in expanding service coverage, but also in efforts to reduce the level of Non-Revenue Water or NRW. This challenge is increasingly complex because Jakarta is a dense city with a very dynamic underground infrastructure character.

“Reducing NRW is one of PAM JAYA’s big jobs. In Jakarta, the challenges are not simple because of the density of buildings, complex utility networks, and service needs that continue to increase. Therefore, collaboration with various parties, including Bin Zayed International, is important to look at possible technological support, investment and international experience that are relevant for Jakarta,” added Arief.

Apart from being interested in the development of SPAM, Bin Zayed International also expressed attention to Jakarta’s strategic infrastructure development agenda, including potential involvement in the development of the Giant Sea Wall. This interest is in line with Jakarta’s transformation as a global city that requires large, resilient and sustainable infrastructure.

PAM JAYA itself does not only establish communication with the Malaysian side. Previously, PAM JAYA had also opened communication with a number of parties from other countries, including Turkey and Switzerland, in order to explore opportunities for cooperation, exchange of knowledge, and use of the latest technology that could support operational improvements and quality of clean water services in Jakarta.

“The signing of this NDA is not just an administrative formality. This is the entry point to ensure that every cooperation process is carried out professionally, accountably and based on thorough studies. PAM JAYA will continue to maintain the principle of prudence, good governance and the interests of Jakarta residents as the main priority,” stressed Arief.

By exploring this collaboration, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government and PAM JAYA hope to expand strategic collaboration options in providing clean water, strengthening urban infrastructure, and improving the quality of life of the people of Jakarta. This collaboration is also expected to be part of Jakarta’s steps to build an international network towards a global city that is competitive, resilient and still supports the basic needs of its citizens.

PakarPBN

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.

In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.

The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
