Jakarta (12/01), PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk continues to innovate and transform digital services, adapting to the latest developments while also responding to the needs of toll road users. With the aim of providing meaningful travel that is safe and comfortable, this commitment is realized through the launch of the newest Mobile Apps Travoy (Travel with Comfort and Joy) on Saturday, 10 January 2026, as part of the Travoy Fest 2026 series which will be held on 10–11 January 2026 at Gandaria City Mall, Jakarta.
The launch of the Travoy Mobile App with its newest face and features is Jasa Marga’s strategic step in responding to the dynamics of community mobility, as well as strengthening the readiness of national toll road services ahead of the Eid 2026 period. There are additions and strengthening of various superior features that are increasingly integrated, informative and responsive to user needs, so that Travoy not only functions as a source of information, but also as a digital assistant that helps road users in planning their trips.
Jasa Marga’s Main Director, Rivan A. Purwantono, said that strengthening the Travoy application is aimed at being the main channel for increasing customer engagement as it has been successfully implemented in the Christmas 2025 and New Year 2026 periods.
“In the 2025/2026 Christmas period, Jasa Marga successfully served 5.8 million vehicles passing on Jasa Marga Group toll roads. During this period, utilization of the Travoy application increased significantly from around 800 thousand to 1.2 million users. This high level of utilization helps users obtain traffic information independently, so that potential congestion, including at the peak of reverse flow on January 4 2026, can be managed better and smoothly,” said Rivan.
Furthermore, Rivan emphasized that this success is the foundation for Jasa Marga to continue to encourage wider use of the Travoy application ahead of Eid 2026 through an educational and participatory approach to the community. “Through the Travoy application with the introduction of these latest features, we encourage people to increasingly utilize the application as a digital assistant for traveling on toll roads. We hope that in the upcoming Eid period, the utilization of this application will be more optimal so that it can answer users’ needs for information that is fast, precise, accurate, and integrated effectively and efficiently,” added Rivan.
As part of the digital service transformation, Travoy Mobile Apps presents a number of main features including real-time CCTV with cameras that are smarter and easier to access, Travoy Go which is a rebranding of Let It Flo, Digital Receipt for transaction history at toll gates, Toll Fee to find out estimated toll costs, Travoy Pay (rebranding from Getpay) for multibiller and top up facilities, Rest Area which provides information on services and facilities at rest areas, Traffic Info contains information on the latest traffic conditions which helps users plan trips, as well as features Towing for ordering towing services online.
The comprehensive update to the application interface and the launch of a new, more modern and informative Travoy logo is designed to provide a more responsive and integrated travel experience through one hand.
Apart from that, at the 2026 Travoy Fest, Jasa Marga opened a number of Jasa Marga Group product booths managed by the Jasa Marga Service Provider subsidiary, including the Travoy Go booth, Travoy Patch booth, and Travoy Rest & Travoy Hub booth. All of these booths are part of the Travoy ecosystem which is designed as an interactive means for toll road users to get to know, try and understand directly the main features of Travoy as a travel digital assistant.
Through a technology-based and customer engagement-oriented adaptive approach, Jasa Marga is committed to continuing to develop the Travoy Mobile Apps and the Travoy ecosystem as a whole as a digital service solution that answers the needs of toll road users in a sustainable manner. Jasa Marga hopes that the Travoy Mobile Apps can be utilized optimally by the public to support safe, comfortable travel and a pleasant experience, especially during the coming home and return period for Eid 2026 on all Jasa Marga Group toll roads.
