This appointment strengthens AnyMind Group’s regional leadership as the company deepens its footprint across Southeast Asia and enters its next phase of growth.
Singapore – December 2, 2025 – AnyMind Group [TSE:5027]a BPaaS (Business-Process-as-a-Service) company for marketing, e-commerce and digital transformation, today announced four leadership appointments, including the appointment of Chief Operating Officer for Southeast Asia.
These appointments include:
– Masaki Okawa as Chief Operating Officer, Southeast Asia,
– Siwat Vilassakdanont as Managing Director, New Ventures, Thailand,
– Tatum Kembara as Managing Director, Growth and Partnerships, Indonesia,
– Where is the Phoce Imao service, Outniry.
Regarding this appointment, Kosuke Sogo, CEO and co-founder of AnyMind Group, said: “This appointment gives us leverage to redouble our focus on existing business areas and expand our business model to create a new generation of business infrastructure for companies, publishers and creators around the world.”
Masaki Okawa previously served as Managing Director of Strategy at AnyMind Group, and joined the company in April 2025. Since joining, he has strengthened the company’s global business partnership strategy, sharpened strategic direction for the D2C/e-commerce and marketing business units, and accelerated organizational and human capital transformation initiatives across the group. Prior to joining AnyMind Group, Okawa held leadership roles at Procter & Gamble (P&G), most recently as Vice President, Oral Care, Japan/Korea & Innovation Leader for Asia, Middle East and Africa. He also served as non-executive Chief Strategy Officer at Logipeace. As Chief Operating Officer, Southeast Asia at AnyMind Group, he will lead the company’s business and operations for the region.

Siwat Vilassakdanont previously served as Managing Director of Thailand, and also oversaw business in the Philippines and Cambodia for AnyMind Group. Vilassakdanont joined AnyMind Group through the acquisition of Thailand-based creator network Moindy in 2019, where he served as Managing Partner. His career includes investment banking and consulting. In his new role, Vilassakdanont is responsible for AnyMind Group’s New Ventures portfolio in Thailand, driving innovation, exploring new revenue opportunities and building strategic pathways that expand the company’s ecosystem.
Regarding his appointment, Siwat said: “After 7 incredible years of building success at AnyMind Group, I am excited to embark on another journey. Tatum Kembara previously served as Managing Director of E-Commerce Enablement for AnyMind Group, and joined the company in 2023 through the acquisition of Digital Distribution Indonesia (DDI), an Indonesia-based e-commerce enabler founded and led by Kembara. In his new role, Kembara will drive growth initiatives and strategic partnerships for AnyMind Group in Indonesia, expanding the company’s footprint, and opening new avenues for customer and partner value.

Takahiko Iwabuchi previously served as Vice President of Business Development for D2C & E-Commerce Enablement in Thailand for AnyMind Group. He joined the company in 2017 through the acquisition of Japan-based trading desk publisher FourM. As Thailand Country Manager, Takahiko will be responsible for the company’s business and operations in Thailand.
